Refund policy
Return of Products by you
Except as set out further below, we will accept the return of any products that are damaged during transit, defective, incorrectly delivered, incomplete in packaging or content, or otherwise at our discretion, subject to the condition that we are informed about any discrepancies within 72 hours from the date of receipt of the products by you and provided that the products are returned unused, in their original condition and in their original or equivalent packaging.
We reserve the right to replace the defective product with a brand new product at no extra cost to you or to offer you an alternate product.
The return policy is not valid for certain products such as Murtis (idols). For any issues with such products please contact customer service within 72 hours.
Changes and Cancellation
Any item additions, quantity changes or specification changes made to accepted orders will be modified in the order details. All sales are final, provided, however, item cancellations and quantity reductions may be made before the order is shipped. We may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department does not approve your credit or if there are other problems with the payment mode selected by you.
Refunds
Refund will be made within 7-10 working days of cancellation of the order or our receiving the returned products (as appropriate).
